See All ReviewsGot the Nagahama Tonkotsu. I don’t have a photo of the before- but you can tell it was good by the after. Great broth, not too oily, full of flavor. The portion size is much bigger than other ramen spots in Portland who charge the same prices. Tons of noodles and 5-6 cuts of pork in a bowl.
The most amazing ramen I’ve had in Portland! We got the #2 and the broth was insanely tasty, it had so much umami and flavor, the amount of pork was great and cooked/seared to perfection and the egg made it even more delicious. The thin noodles work so well with the dish too. The indoor dining area is super cute and cozy, as there are not a ton of tables, which is nice though. The staff is so nice and kind, we will definitely come back very soon!!
I was recommended by a friend saying this is the go to spot for ramen. I got the nagahama tonkotsu ramen. We paid for extra meat in one bowl but it was totally worth it. The char su was so tender. It was sooo good I wanted to order some more to take home for later. I honestly think it was very affordable and so worth every $$$
